Had an incredible stay here! the hotel was enjoyable and pretty clean. the location was amazing, right next door to Welland for a funeral service, Niagara Falls, and more in Canada. 🌟

Price, and staff, Close to everything

They did not have my reservation that I booked through Booked.net, it I was 1 hour later, they would have been sold out.

All the staff was excellent, tackled my issues.

Comfortable and welcoming, the room had 2 large double beds 😊.

Truly enjoyed the place, had a very very good stay during the holidays. Our rooms were brand-new and neat and had an electronic key card, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Everything was simply really good.

Location - absolutely perfect, right by Henley and Niagara Falls, and a restaurant onsite with good reviews. A great hotel, my first choice in Welland.

Good location for day trips around the Welland area. Price was great compared to other hotels in the same city.

The pool was very dirty, I would not let anyone use that pool or pool room in that shape. Reservation was for King Room, but Beds where Queen size.

The breakfast had a great variety of food choices. the rooms were spacious and had large double beds. - the location was convenient, close to popular tourist spots such as the Niagara Regional Fairgrounds.

The room cleaning staff (Amanda) did a complete job

Amenities that were advertised were not available, fitness room, ajoining restaurant, washrooms in the pool area out of order

That it had cleaned up since being the Days Inn ie: fresh paint & carpet

The front staff was lacking training!! Ie: check in clerk (who did not smile or feel welcoming) could not figure out the tax percentage so I had to do it for her ie: her replacement that evening, although pleasant, seemed a little disoriented. Was not sure where ice machine was and when he went to confirm, it was not working. Had to take me through to the seperate banquet section and into its kitchen to fill my bucket with ice. NO FRIDGE in king suite!!! One & only onsite ice machine not working!! Towels extremely rough!!! Poor lighting in the bathroom with shower/tub area DARK!! Very warm & humid in main hall as our room was near the indoor pool Continental was fine & lots of parking & the Inn only needs the one and only luggage cart

The breakfast had a great variety of food options and was fantastic, the rooms were recently renovated and had comfortable large beds, making it feel like a home away from home.

Our rooms were very dirty, full of flies, our fridge had black mold around the rubber and our microwave was not clean enough to use either. Out of three families we all paid a different price for our rooms. One room when we turned on the air conditioner the whole front fell off and did not work. They were changed to a different room which the key card did not work soo everytime they left the room someone from the desk had to let them back in. No one looked after the pool area there was garbage and dirty towels left lying around from one day to the next. It was very dirty not very good housekeeping at all.
